David Moyes trolled with ‘sinking ship’ picture as Nemanja Vidic quits Manchester United

David Moyes has fallen victim to the Twitter trolls once again after Manchester United captain Nemanja Vidic opted to leave the club.

Moyes had said he was desperate to keep Vidic at Old Trafford for the foreseeable future, but the defender announced today that he would be leaving United in the summer.

The news no doubt came as a blow to Moyes, especially with the club enduring a difficult season in the Premier League.

And the always sympathetic Twitter wags have moved into place to troll the Red Devils boss, with plenty of accounts sharing a photoshopped image depicting United as a sinking ship.

The snap features Vidic, along with Robin van Persie, deserting Moyes on a ship, which is falling apart.
