Hot on the heels of Irene, Katia is forming fast deep in the Atlantic some 855 Kms south of Cape Verde and is expected to reach full hurrican status in a day or two. Thats late wednsday or early Thursday as it hits the Carribian.
Katia is moving North-North east and may hit some USA states that are still undergoing clean up.
Katia replaced Katrina because of the catastropic effects it had.
